How to not fail

I think the thing that scares me the most is failing and ending up in a worse position. Would it make sense to combine methods to eliminate that risk. I was thinking at night I could go to a nearby lake. Drink a glass of sn, walk into the water waist deep or so and use a gun. Basically combining 3 methods to make sure one of them works. I guess the only thing would be to act fast after the sn before it takes effect.

I think the more complex the method the more likely you are to make mistakes and fail

also different methods have different failure rates, some methods if you make a mistake you could be worse off if you survive so it is important you research the methods properly

Agree^^ Combining methods leaves a higher risk of failure. You could take sn and be unable to get into the lake and now you left a loaded gun nearby...

I worry about it not working properly too and it puts me off a bit so I understand.
