Help How to know if you really want to die?

I brought SN (not delivered yet) and my emotions are very intense, impulsive and change quickly, and I'm scared to do a big mistake. How do you know you *really* wants to die?
Sounds like a stupid question but for me is really hard to understand my feelings

Yeah, i have the same feeling as you. Indecisive and becoming too anxious / nervous, and insomnia.

I always asked myself, even though i have no access to some of the popular methods here, i can still use other methods like hanging, jumping , drowning.

i have to solve this issue too.

May I ask you: Why do you wanna die? Is there a solution to the problem that makes you suicidal?

Take your time and consider all options you have.

For me at least is when you already cannot envision a future version of yourself, like not even being able to fathom the existance of an older version of you, that's how I knew I wanted to exit

For me It's that I've determined suicide to be the logical solution to life, even a happy life. The fact that I'm miserable as fuck makes it even more appealing. There is a train within walking distance of my house, and it taunts me with every blow of it's horn.

Just because you bought it doesn't mean you have to use it right away or at all. Take some time to reflect about your thoughts and emotions first. Do you have desires other than death, even small ones? Things you want to do before you go? Questions you need answers to?

Assuming you aren't facing immediate external threats, then there's no rush.

When you get the SN consider placing it somewhere you'll have to go out of your way to reach. Or in a safe with a timer and/or multiple passwords. That way you reduce the risk of making an impulsive decision.
