I've been holding on to resentment and bitterness about other people in relation to me for years.
It's been a total waste .
I need to reframe it to include where they are coming from .
They were not put on this earth to fascilitate a smooth ride for me ...
No-one was .
Only people we care for can hurt us ?
Maybe realizing we care for them in ways that they don't care for us , and that is the way things are .
I put people in impossible positions of impossible emotional availability in the past ... in my mind I expected them to behave in a certain way ... I was just losing the plot and my reality model was distorted .
I'm BPD I guess .... so my reality is populated with strangely flutuating emotional boundaries and expectations that flow through me with no rational control.
I'm not saying "take the balme , it is your fault" NO.
I'm saying , look at things relatively ... an issue at the centre of your Universe may be something quite peripheral to another's experience.
