I have to partially hang myself, there is no other way out because if I don't there's a high likely my life gets much worse from here.

Although there's 2 problems

I want to hang myself when my family member in the next room sleeps, but I am worried about my body or mouth making noise as that will wake him up maybe I could stuff my mouth a with shirt. I only need 30 mins and then I'm free

Please help me

Similar situation here. Partial, fear of failure, also worried about alarming my parents.

I wish I had a definitive answer. It's all a cruel joke.

First of all, compared to all the reports I've read and videos I watched: chances of making enough noise seem to be low. I've read some users here have indeed made noise (groaning, yelling, arm movements), but it doesn't seem to be the norm. Most pass out and that's it.

What you suggested is something I've considered too.

Are you ever home alone? Or is someone always there?

Sounds like too much of a gamble to me. There has to be some occasion where you will have the house alone.

Fair point but my back is against the wall and I just want to pain and suffering to end living is not an option my life will just get worse if I don't gamble for my freedom

I wish I could say more. It's a cruel thing to deal with. I hope this will go well for you. No one should have to suffer like this.
