Help How to get Meto?

Hello Guys
Chronic opioid user here- which is why I have gastroparesis (slower gastric emptying) and basically slower gut mobility. Often vomiting and/or dry heaving.

I have evertything: benzo, morphine, SN but due to my condition, which can fuck up my plan, I need meto really bad. I plan Ctbing in a week maximum, but meto is last piece of the puzzle.

I went to two doctors (one online, one in person) and I told them about my vomiting, bloating, reflux etc but they both strongly said NO to meto (even tho the visits were paid for) and prescribed some weak ass shit.
They said its super strong medication, given to cancer patients after chemotherapy etc, and I should get checked first: get a tube down my throat and in my ass (gastroscopy etc).

First of all, I dont give a shit what it is, and second - I know the reason- its opioids which I take not prescribed, so I can't tell the truth. Even if I told, i'm a "risky patient" so they wouldn't prescribe meto anyway. I fking asked just for one 10mg 10pcs package, and said I used it before after my dad and it helped. Angry NO was only answer.

It is a comedy that I have access to morphine, benzos etc (bc they are psychoactive) thru some dealers, but noone has meto- because it doesnt give high. Fucking hell.

How to get meto in my case? Without it my plan will fail, because ill vomit a lot and SN and other drugs will be absorbed 5x slower than normal. Is someone willing to provide some advice or to sell it to me or swap for some SN?

I paid again and filed for prescription from a doctor over the net describing my symptoms (vomiting, reflux etc) and that other meds were inefficient.

Guess what, third try and Boom! This nice young doc lady (i checked her up) filled just one box for me but i finally posess meto. I guess end is sooner than i thought. Wish you all got meto and SN as easily as I did.

Like, if you come in and say "I have the flu, give me some antibiotics" they probably won't sell you anything, but if you name a specific drug and act like you know what you're doing, half of the pharmacies won't even ask for a prescription. Isn't that the case everywhere else?

no, in Poland almost never. it happened maybe 15 years ago, but now you need a prescription, its centrally managed. Pharmacy isnt allowed to give out any prescription meds without prescription. I imagine if they did, they risk huge penalties and maybe even closing the business.

However since Covid there is this option to make an online visit with doc (or even describe symptoms and chat with him) and he sometimes prescribes what you wants, but not always. You have to be very smart and deceptive what to write/say and some doctors are still too cautious or need a proof (medical documentation).

In my case, I paid for 3 such visits (for Meto), and only third one worked and for the smallest pack possible.

i wish people would just say for example "anti vomit medicine", if that's what that is.
i'm not a chemist, and english isn't even my first language.

it's Metoclopramide, a very important medicine if you want to poison yourself, using SN or opioids.
It is a strong central nervous system anti-emetic [anti vomit medication] and it is a prokinetic, means it makes whatever you eat - go from stomach to intestines faster and absorb faster.
This is why with fasting and Meto, it's absorbed rapidly, and in 15 min unconsciousness happens. Without meto, one can suffer for 1 hour. Of course you want to speed absorption up.

I was a benzo advocate with SN, but I see why metoclopramide is equally as important.

i would be curious to know if anyone has experience obtaining meto in the UK specifically. i have found various clearnet pharmacies offering it, but i am sure they will require some kind of proof or documentation. i have a GI disease which could lend some validity, but i'd still prefer it if my purchase did not find its way back to any official medical records. is it really as easy as people make it seem? i guess i should look on DNMs too but that feels a little overkill for a medication so relatively harmless

Hahaha no way, no how. The US absolutely sucks and they always change the rules even for prescription medicine and this is usually in relation to whats going on in the black market.

I'll give you some examples.
Paracetamol + Codeine is over the counter in many countries. This is not the case in the US. If you go to a rapid clinic or a regular doctor you don't already have a relationship with and ask for it, this will indicate "drug seeing behavior" and they will treat you like a junkie.

In the early 2000's you could buy ephedrine and ephedra herb at convenience stores or as a vitamin supplement. Now Banned. Pseudoephedrine is also now banned as it was used as a precursor to meth. It was an effective cold medicine but now the public has to go without it because "drug war". It's not like banning ephedrine stopped stimulant use, it just drove people to meth or Rx Adderall.

In the 2010s Oxycontin was marketed as non-addictive and pain clinics opened up everywhere. People got hooked so they tightened up the laws. Problem is that legitimate chronic pain sufferers were denied medicine they had been on for years. This drove many of them to street heroin which evolved into the fentanyl crisis we have now.

Right now benzodiazepines have been severely regulated by doctors. It's almost impossible to get Valium prescribed where I am nor online clearnet doctors based in the US. They want to prescribe antihistamines instead because "it's safer". College kids anxious over their exams buy what they think is a xanax on the black market and it ends up having fetty in it.

Lyme's Disease from tick bites is a major problem in many areas of the US including the entire northeast. The best thing you can do if you have a tick bite is immediately take the antibiotic doxycycline which can prevent it from turning into a chronic condition. It should be OTC at every pharmacy but no, you need to go to the doctor and get a prescription and for some reason after covid general pratcioners are often booked for weeks or months in many places.

Yet, if you know how to carry yourself you can go to the bad neighborhood in any city and buy dirty crack, fetty or meth fairy or even very easily.

So as you can see, the US is a bizarre nanny state over-regulating drug access to tax paying citizens while simultaneously permitting availability of the most dangerous street drugs. There is absolutely no wheeling and dealing with a pharmacist. They have zero agency to make a judgment call. If you don't have a Rx you're not getting anything.

I see you don't have the DM function yet. Do you have the search function? I know there were some online pharmacy lists floating around awhile back. You have to post an undisclosed number of times to unlock certain things (You are probably close).

yes, u can succeed with ONLY SN (even without meto). Meto and other meds are auxiliary, are there to help. SN is what kills. But other meds are to make it more peaceful, less painful, speed it up and push the percentage to almost 100. They are also important imo.

But there are 2 scenarios, lemme describe whats likely to happen:

1. you take SN, witgout anything else:

its a strong irritant and you vomit. You dont know how much you vomited. 20%? 50? 80? Already your plan is at risk. Then you feel shortness of breath, nausea, see your fingers and lips turn blue due to cyanosis. You panic. You know those are your last moments. Then you think "oh, what have I done" and call 911. They administer methylene blue, and in few hours you are saved (thats what happened to many SaSu members, calling 911 bc of anxiety/panic). I would give this scenario a 50%, mostly bc of calling for help.

2. Youre fully prepared and take SN with meto and benzos (a lot of them).

Meto makes sure you dont vomit (or minimize chances of it) and increase absorption speed. Instead of being conscious for 45min without meto, you just suffer a bit for much shorter, 15 to 20mins. Additionally, benzos dull your emotions so hard, they make you half asleep and dont care about anything, really. There is no defensive mechanism. There is no anxiety or panic when you take a lot of benzos. This scenario you are 99% to ctb
