Method how to ensure I'll choke, NOT cut brain blood supply or have cardiac arrest while hanging

So basically I want the longer way out while hanging. Not very long, just longer.

So how can I increase chances of choking and decrease chances of cardiac arrest

I thought about using hangman's knot and thicker rope. But how thick rope can be (maximum)? Any other ideas?

So far as I know, if you put your full weight into a rope, you can not really control where on your neck it presses. It constricts all the way around equally. If you want to strangle yourself, I would suggest getting something used for bdsm breath play as those are meant to close your trachea.
