If I get taken, into inpatient care, or temporary care, how do I CTB. I know there are a few methods, but I want to know for sure how I can pull it off and proceed if I am taken in

It'll be very difficult and risky. If you fail (very likely as you will be constantly monitored and surrounded by medical personnel/equipment), you'll be treated much more harshly than if you failed at home.

It's almost impossible, those spaces are designed for you not to ctb, and like adamantc said, when you inevitably fail your stay will probably be longer and they'll up the security around you.

Idk how your inpatient is, but mine was designed to be ctb proof. Everything dangerous was unreachable or protected behind heavy duty fences and stuff.
Plus they would check on you every 15 mn.
and if you mess up and freak out, you have chances to go in "isolation", for me it meant to be strapped to a gurney with a loony gown, injected with sedatives if you don't cooperate and left to piss yourself and stuff...
