How to ctb when being controlled 24/7?

So I want to ctb but I live with 9 other people and there is always someone home, I even share the room with other person and people all constantly checking on me. I never really leave the house, I'm not even allowed to leave house alone. I don't really know how to do it. The easiest way would be to hang myself. If I would do it quickly there could be chance in succeeding but there always big chance someone would find me too early. But I tried it before but it's really hard for me to do it. I think SN would be easier. It's easy accessable in my country and I could do it at night in my bed. But if I ordered it someone would notice. I thought about getting some job to have chance to pick it up somewhere outside but that would be too hard and to complicated.

You cant leave your house alone at all? If you got some job you could though right? Be it SN or hanging you need some time alone for it to work.

IDK about other countries, but in Canada you can get mail delivered right to the post office itself, no PO box rental needed and it doesn't cost any extra. If that's available where OP is, they can just have it shipped to the nearest post office and pick it up there.

Depending on system you somtimes get paper notifications to your home adress which is less than ideal. A PO box is entirely separate from your home adress which is what you want here.

I thought about it as a best option. I did it before and it was alright. But I still would have to make some valuable excuse because everything I do is suspicious due to my past behaviours
