Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

-And disappear. I've done some really mean things to people just because I assumed they wouldn't want to see me again (they either didn't care, or they did and I was too scared to let them down). I usually spend most of the day wanting to disappear, I want to stop that

I write really bad rude things my brain is saying about them in a diary. Or I put them on mute and mute the groupchats or socials so they don't see my posts or whatever. Anything than straight up cutting them off. I won't talk to them. But atleast I didn't 'burn' the bridge. The bridge is still there, I just installed a gate on it instead.
I think these days though, I make other people do all the work when it comes to ending contact. I don't actively try to disappear or ruin a relationship. Instead, I just mind my own business and get preoccupied with other things and people who actually give a damn.
People who want to reach out will continue to reach out, and for those people I'll reciprocate. But people who don't have me on their minds, much less their radar, will eventually fizzle out of my life. It's fascinating how little I can mean to people once I stop being the one to reach out first. Their memory of me dissipates faster than you'd expect.
Being forgotten hurts more than being hated. But it comes with the benefit of not inviting a war, and it doesn't require me to pull the trigger.
