• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Oof please don't, not only will that be far beyond than just soreness, but you can cause yourself permanent damage. I have a friend who fucked up the tendons in their hand and now has 24/7 chronic pain from it. If you really want that feeling of soreness, take an ice bath. It will be a good shock to your nervous system, and will make you feel pretty sore for a while. Or just go crazy on some weight lifting. I also like being sore and getting a good pump makes my muscles nice and achey.

Dawg I don't think anyone is going to seriously tell you how to do that on this forum. Nor do I think they should. This is a pro-choice suicide forum, not a teach people how to hurt themselves in ways that could permanently damage them forum. You want that type of community, go to Twitter. I hope you can consider my reply and understand that it is in good faith. I have self-harmed a lot in my life and have caused myself minor nerve damage just from cuts. You don't want this. It's an impulsive choice which will only cause you more pain in the long run. Please consider other ways to induce the feeling of soreness, or find another way to deal with the desire for that pain entirely.

Yeah, no one is going to tell you how to do this. This can lead to permanent damage that you do not want (you want to limp for the rest of your life?). If you want to feel sore, exercise. At this then you can also get buff.
