  • Hey Guest,

Today, OFCOM launched an official investigation into Sanctioned Suicide under the UK’s Online Safety Act. This has already made headlines across the UK.

This is a clear and unprecedented overreach by a foreign regulator against a U.S.-based platform. We reject this interference and will be defending the site’s existence and mission.

In addition to our public response, we are currently seeking legal representation to ensure the best possible defense in this matter. If you are a lawyer or know of one who may be able to assist, please contact us at [email protected].

My question is simple.

How to be in hypomania or even in mania?

I ask this question because when I am in this state until now I have not had any cravings for drugs or any drug abuse.
No problem from the point of view of the risks of unprotected sex.
No problem or desire to make compulsive and exaggerated purchases.
No problems with delusions or hallucinations.
No problems with memory or concentration.

I say this to reassure you that I know the risks.

Obviously I know that antidepressants can cause hypomania or even mania but I was wondering if other products can cause these effects.

Are you asking how to induce or cause hypomania deliberately?

Bipolar here, I've had one full-on manic episode and many hypomanic episodes.

The only things I've ever had trigger mania:

+Antidepressant, Effexor.
+Cocaine.

"Breath of fire" as taught in the kundalini tradition?

Careful Effexor can cause serious heart damage so check interactions and dosages if you're going to try that...

Doesn't matter how functional or dysfunctional you are.
Leaps and bounds. Someone's always going to treat you like garbage no matter what.
