I've decided to take my life in Q3 2025 so that I can have time to prepare and make sure this goes perfectly.

What are some signs/behaviors I should avoid? From my reading on this, men usually have abrupt mood swings, tie up all loose ends, drop hints etc.

So I guess my battle plan is to continue as I do with exercise, work, socializing etc. and avoid ever bringing up this topic to my friends, family or therapist & make sure that they don't witness me gathering any suspicious looking supplies.

Anything else I should keep in mind?

Just don't change your usual routines or attitudes. People are very gullible. And if you do let an occasional mood slip it's very easily explainable as being stressed or tired. Suicide is usually so far off people's radars, no one wants to think that. Whatever your method is, don't acquire your supplies all at the same time, gather them at different intervals so it's less likely to raise any suspicion. It's okay to tie up loose ends but don't do this when you're ready to commit, do it gradually. An obvious one but don't leave anything in the open for people to see or read.
