Help How should I fill the custom papers

I plan on buying SN from an US seller and shipping it into EU with a known company(I think) but they need me to fill the cutoms papers.

What should I write in these, I can't say that I am shipping SN to me because I think the goons will just take it and I will never have it. I don't know what to do.

I would be hesitant to answer this given the police are definitely on this sub and it's been proven. It would be illegal to even answer this. It's fraud dude. You should be careful like really careful. As you would be committing fraud it wouldn't just be a visit, you could get charges and/or sectioned at the very least.
