Discussion How often do you cry? Are you be able of crying at all?

It's a bit hard for me to cry. I've noticed that whenever I cry, it's when I'm dozing off randomly and can feel one or two tears coming out. Any severe crying only happens in front of people because I can't handle the embarrassment and I lose it.

For the majority of the time, I cry at least once a day. I can go through phases where I don't but, that's not so common. It's usually bubbling beneath the surface. All it needs is some moving music, a sad part of a film, a thought and it all comes up. It's mostly bereavement related.

Sometimes it's a relief- to just express it. My friend thought it was good that I cried. That I felt relaxed enough to. It's certainly better to express it- I think. Although- to feel the need to cry so much isn't so good.

There isn't a week that goes by where I don't break down into a mess of tears

I dont remember the last time i cried but i think it was around 2022 when my and ex wive's cat had to put down.
