How often do you check SS?

I find myself looking at this forum every day. I wish I could look at this website in public but I wouldn't want to risk anyone knowing I'm planning to CTB. I wish the entire world was as accepting as the people here are.

Multiple times a day. It's almost like an addiction. I'm not even hiding it from people I know

I'm on here for the majority of my day, it's the only thing that helps me pass the time anymore because ive lost all interest in the things I used to enjoy. Im surprised you're scared to look at SS in public, I browse the forum on the train each day and people just walk on by without a care, I even browse it in front of my co-workers and they've never once asked me what I was looking at.

Whenever anxiety gets bad really. Reading knowing I can kill myself whenever I want and learn various methods and get response back from methods I ask about calms me.

Have you tried playing games? Like simplish ones that you can tune out of, and still be playing that's what I do anyway.

I do play games sometimes, but I lose interest quickly. I cannot really enjoy anything. I think that is a sign that maybe it is time to leave this world, there is nothing here for me in this life.

The more depressed I get the more I spend time on SS. My depression has gotten worse and worse and isn't stopping, so I've been spending more and more time here. I really don't want to, but that's what life has come to. I don't care about anything anymore
