I do it every day now since my dental visit where they drilled all the plaque off. The buildup had made my teeth look disgusting. Brushing daily is exhausting.

Twice a day plus mouth wash. Sometimes floss but rarely and I'm not very good at it at all.I do it every day now since my dental visit where they drilled all the plaque off. The buildup had made my teeth look disgusting. Brushing daily is exhausting.
You have guaranteed heavy plaque buildup. Bad breath isn't something YOU would notice. Other people will and do and won't tell you out of politeness. No one's asking you out if they smell or see your teeth.Almost never for these past couple years. Not like I'm gonna go out and even if I do, my teeth will be safe behind a mask. I don't really get bad breath or cavities so it doesn't feel like much of a concern to me. I'll brush my teeth if a girl asks me out but that'll never happen.
Nobody I know has any reason to be polite to me and I have no way of showing my teeth through a mask anyway. Even when I do end up brushing my teeth or getting them cleaned it doesn't change anything so I don't see it as a factor. No one's going to ask me out because I'm fat and stupid not because of something they can't even see.You have guaranteed heavy plaque buildup. Bad breath isn't something YOU would notice. Odors go through masks. I smelled a homeless person walk by when I had a mask on.Nobody I know has any reason to be polite to me and I have no way of showing my teeth through a mask anyway. I'm pretty sure they're more designed to allow things to go in but prevent any pathogens including odors from coming out unless improperly worn.Odors go through masks. I smelled a homeless person walk by when I had a mask on.
