How much time do you spend on SS?

A couple hours a day. Its comforting to have like minded people who understand what SI feels like. Plus being here has been very informative, I have learned things I did not know prior to coming here. I think its really helped me to reach a sense of calm and ease some of my anxiety.

I don't like being here(despite meeting nice people)as am 55 and have never been suicidal or even depressed until earlier this year but this is my new life
