How much Benzos for SN?

I have about 25 Tablets 10 mg Lorazepam. How much should be enough to knock me out after i take the SN and how long before should i take them in order to be asleep when the SN kicks in.
I have also Tramadol...how much should be enough to kill pain when i am not tolerate to Opiates?
