How many MG of benzos?

Since N is about impossible to get, I am looking for the next peaceful way to just make it all go away., Benzo's seem like the next best option.

Does any one know how many MG of a benzo ( Ativan, Xanax) one has to take to SUCCESSFULLY--- CTB? I weight about 145 lbs, male, 6'.

Long time ago when psychiatrist asked how I'd ctb, I replied vodka & benzo. She actually laughed in my face :)

I asked why and she said "It just doesn't. You can try if you want". Still puzzled by that reaction...

EDIT: She was right. I thanked her in writing for pushing me to research a reliable ctb (cc: ethics committee).

That was my plan last summer. Good thing I didn't try it, I guess.

Nervous, sweaty, and bit less talkative ... That was her colleague's reaction some time after (they work closely, peas in pod etc) . This was with TCAs , they wouldn't know what SN is .

if benzos were actually a good option, or an option at all, i wouldn't be here to write this comment.

they just don't work to CTB, not alone, not with other substance unless this substance is already lethal by itself.

fun fact, benzodiazepines were introduced as a safer alternative to barbiturates such as nembutal, i don't know if it was specifically because many people killed themselves by using barbiturates or because the accidental overdoses, but they replaced them almost entirely and they are the reason why no one gets prescribed with barbiturates unless they have very specific conditions or bad reactions to benzodiazepines.
