sometimes right after I log out I log right back in

unless I have things that I have to do but I still check anyway

or sometimes I only log in because I am looking forward to a conversation or a message or new music posts or to blog about something

edit: or I just leave the forum open in the background and forget

I'm on here for quite a lot of the day, not sure exactly how many hours exactly but it's obvious that I spend a lot of time on here as I've written many posts.
