how long does sn take to kill you?

i'm asking this because I don't live alone and am usually only alone for about 5 hours at a time. i've seen that it takes usually around 1-4 hours to kill you is this true?

I'm sorry, but for me personally, the waiting would be torturous in of itself... I am pretty sure it causes your blood oxygen level to decrease, which I imagine it would cause your breathing to become more labored, causing anxiety to skyrocket... if I ever went through with something like this, I would need to take some strong sedative to knock me out shortly after consuming the SN, or a bunch of strong benzos... I am sure panic would set in otherwise (at least for me)

I could be wrong but someone posted a list of observed sn deaths and they all died in under an hour if I'm not mistaken these are also older people

According to the SN megathread if I'm not remembering wrong, 5 hours should be plenty of time for that method if everything is done correctly.
