I thbink you must be talking about sn. Based on a few threads I have seen, people don't usually drinnk the second glass after barfing, because baref is still all over your mouth and throat, so if you do try it is so repulsive people usually can't get themselves to do it- and if you do it is pretty likely to come right back up again. Your best chance is to follow the protocol as clkosely as possible and to avoid throwing up.
