Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Has there been anyone who has followed protocol and had >95% SN, but was able to be resuscitated after 4 hours or more?

It depends on how properly they followed protocol. Assuming they followed it exactly, it also depends on how much was absorbed in their system and how much they expelled. After that it's about how quickly emergency services are notified and how quickly they can administer care. It is unlikely anyone would survive for 4 hours or more if following protocol with no services rendered at that point (hospitalization does not guarantee survival either, plenty of people have still CTBed even with healthcare being provided).

I haven't seen any cases of it, but many articles don't provide data on time elapsed from ingestion to treatment.

In the few articles I've seen that did provide that information, it was 30 minutes to an hour before the person was first treated.

Yeah, that's what I've seen as well.

Usually people are conscious when calling for help and most of those couldn't be saved so I'd say 4hrs is highly unlikely but if you can give yourself more uninterrupted time it'd be better.

I'll be doing it at a hotel, but idk how long it will take until my family gets worried. I'd say I have at least 4 hours before they do, though

From the one I witnessed it took about 15 minutes for unconsciousness and around 40 minutes to ctb

I'd look for ways to stretch that worry time but I think it should take some additional time to report and track you down. I think usually it's the hotel that first finds and reports you.

yeah, i'd think it would take a few hours at least just to track me down.

i have no idea how long i could go before they'd get worried enough to call the police. probably a lot longer than 4 hours though. i'd think they'd just assume my phone died or i had no service for whatever reason

hopefully the hotel staff don't come into my room, but i've heard of them doing this even with a do not disturb sign up. i'll barricade the door with furniture, use a travel door jammer, and wedge an ironing board against the door, and hopefully that'll be enough lol

I have read one record of someone surviving after 24 hrs but the dosage was quite low, it was also an accidental ingestion.
I don't think if you follow the protocol properly with right dosage, don't puke and give yourself a couple hours of uninterrupted time, there is any real chance for survival. The method is quite reliable.
