Is vomiting inevitable regardless of the use of anti-emetics?

if you take an antiemetic you lower the chances of vomiting, but yeah. it can happen that some people vomit even if they took an antiemetic dose prior to sn. then some people don't even take antiemetic and they don't vomit. so i guess it's really variable. people react differently...

Almost inevitable, but its time is important, if u keep SN down around 10mints it can be effective. If not, thats not matter, after taking second glass of SN, Nausea goes

i would have 3 doses prepared yeah so that you absorb as much sn as you can even if you vomit
of course if you don't vomit, there's no need to drink another dose
