• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I'm no expert, but with bipolar, you tend to experience 'highs', defined as being periods of mania, as well as lows. During the 'highs' you might have a lot of energy, overly ambitious plans, feel unusually happy and maybe not feel so much need to eat or sleep - like you're just kind of functioning on another level. Then you also have 'lows' which is like your normal depression, so feeling tired, worthless, guilt, despair, no energy and all that sort of stuff.

You might have phases of highs more often than lows, or the other way around. And the severity also can change from person to person, and also within a person during the course of their lifetime. You might cycle rapidly between highs and lows, or have long periods of lows with the occasional extreme high, or you might just have it all kind of mixed together, so like overactivity and ambitions with a depressed mood.

If you have any more questions feel free to tag me.

Thank you for your well thought out response. Seemed to be for the most part functioning normally, I mean certain OCD like behaviors, cannabis user, then didn't like the way felt with cannabis anymore and started to feel really low, depressed, anxious, paranoid suicidal.

I'd say that's just depression, maybe somewhat brought on by your use of drugs
