I've done 3 attempts 2 times with medication and 1 time where I was pushed from the tracks. Now I had 2 more options where there was no saving me, hanging or jumping of a bridge. I've been informed about the hanging but would rather just jump, I have one near that is 15 meters high with a hard surface below. My question is if this would be enough to instantly die or not? And if not, how high should the drop be?

I've been thinking about this method. There's a bridge near me that definitely is too low to kill me, but it has concrete poles. I'd want to attach a noose to it and jump off. Surely the fall would kill me then… right?

The problem with bridges are that they are public and you risk someone "saving" you.

Guys guys guys, jumping is considered largely a non method on SaSu, for all the valid reasons. I have read atleast two stories about people who failed jumping and ended up in a far more miserable state than they were before they tried to ctb.
I'm your well wisher, so i request you guys to consider any viable method, but not a method that can lead to your life getting worse than it is now

Rule of thumb is 150ft/46m onto concrete and 250ft/76m onto water.

Why wouldn't a combined method work, though? FSH isn't a non-method. A drop with a noose is how they used to execute people. Drop far enough and the head comes off.

My bad, i missed the noose part as I was distracted (I was supposed to have an interview today).
You are right. A drop with a Noose is going to work.
And you are also right that someone may try to stop you or call the police on you if they see you on a bridge like that.

The interview was supposed to happen today but then it was rescheduled to tomorrow and then again rescheduled back to today.
The interviewer joined back today after a vacation so i assume he would be having mails and other higher priority things to sort than just interview a candidate.
Anyways, that interview may go waste for them if I succeed with my SN attempt any time this week. I'm still appearing for the interview just in case, my attempt gets foiled by my parents.

Can you give the link(s) in this forum, where jumping is considered a non-method? I haven't found any so far.

I'm not very good at maintaining resources.. so you'll have to trust me for my face value

There are two folks who have shared that they got disabled due to failed jumping..i feel really sad about them because they have to struggle so much and my heart bleeds to see that universe didn't reward them with what they wanted , rather gave them a cursed life. I don't know what to say, how to help them.
I feel really terrible that I want to help them but there is no way i can😭 i can feel their pain but not do anything to alleviate their pain. It hurts you know

I'd rather trust the forum at large instead of relying on just one individual who is "not very good at maintaining resources". But thanks for your concern, anyway. I'm off to the Dingli Cliffs on Malta next May as part of my own ongoing research on jumping sites of potential value.

Don't Die by jumping:
To understand how jumpers die, first you need to investigate how they survive. If you look into cases of suiciders and construction workers who fell from hights; Turns outmost of them did not land by head -but by stomach/back or even worse,by feet. This cushions the crush and saves the head. Casualties off all are then taken in hospitals and die there in agonising pain, after collapsed organs make body to fail. Only way to guarantee that jumping kills you instantly, is if you jump from high enough building with weight strapped at your head. Which will guarantee that you will fall head first (your head will be pointing downward and touch the surface first). Even that is not enough. One must fall on even terrain and flat asphalt or else, uneven terrain will change body orientation at moment of impact and you will survive the crush. And Idon't even want to mention what it feels to be falling. Get on one of those amusement attractions that simulate fall and feel by yourself. In other words, It is a bad way to die and I would not suggest anyone to try it.

Well, if you rely on the forum, you'd find a lot of posts that are against jumping.
So, don't see me as a hurdle. I'm your well wisher.
On this site, we are not proLifers to stop you from what you want to achieve, but obviously we don't want you to end in a terrible state than you are in currently. Go through the methods compilation and find your method

No, 15 meters is not enough to kill yourself.
