Yup, that's me. I don't have to analyze anything, it's obvious. Distracting myself with anything before I have all sorted out. But sometimes the situation is worse in people heads then in reality, so in that way one could try and give it some time to see how they'll feel.

Hey, no judgement from me. Eventually mine won't be good enough either. I'm sorry they stopped working. Its funny how the things we use to cope can have a poop-out effect just like a lot of antidepressants.

There are no solutions to the big problems I have. Some of the minor ones could be fixed but whatever
