Oh, it was difficult. Try searching for diving companies/balloon companies. Some special balloon companies rent out pure helium for a few days, but it can't be bought. At least where I'm from. Make sure to double check with the employees as the small and colorful party helium is most likely not pure. It has to be medical grade or grade 5 helium. If you can't find helium, go for nitrogen that's much better. Perhaps from breweries or welding shops. I've bought my helium right now, we'll see how it goes tonight.
