From friends who have tried, they say you should try a little bit first. Both to get used to the taste, but also it will numb you.

Once you are relaxed and numbed, taking the needed amount will be much easier. But they only took about 1ml as I understood.

This sounds like a bad idea. Some people will be too sleepy and disorientated on 1ml to carry it through.

In the average US cup there is about 237ml
