Definitely my games and my music, at night I like to go out for walks and listen to my youtube playlists and watch folks going up and down the hill. It's a bit of escapism, but its very comfy. The other thing that I love to do is scour the internet for comfy pictures, got that habit from /r9k/Alcoholic drink, melatonin, seroquel, and after masturbation feelings

Previously reading, beer with friends, hiking, running.,watching football even some tasks at work.
Now I don't work, read, hike, or run if I have beer with friends I can't relax, and can't go to football due to coronavirus restrictions

Drugs, sex, and rock n roll fill the void temporarily but then I feel worse afterwards. My creative hobbies don't help as much but they're healthier and leave me in a better spot.

I don't relax at all.
Sleeping is the time that I suffer the least.Mostly just benzos at this point and they aren't working too well because of my high tolerance. I still enjoy music to relax some too.Similar threads
