HahahahahaI laugh at them like a maniac with baked beans for brains.
Being not selfish and going out of my way to help others is what led me to this predicament. My parents were abusive a-holes who psychologically tortured me non-stop. Nothing was ever good enough for them. If I got a 90% on my exams, they would tell me, "Why not 95% or 100%?" Looking back, it's why I act the way I am. I am always looking for validation and respect I was never given when I was still a child. Maybe it's time to be the selfish one just this once. Maybe I should be the one dishing the pain instead of me always receiving it.Here's how I see it, it's like a transfer of pain. You feel pain and you get rid of it by ctb. Then that pain transfers to people who like and love you, naturally people try to avoid pain. So it Comes down to whether your selfish enough to give your pain to others, or whether others are selfish enough to make you keep it.
Ya, do what's right for you. I don't think being selfish is a bad thing, I think it's needed. In life if you aren't selfish then people will take advantage of that. I'm sorry your parents were so hard on you that must have been tough.Being not selfish and going out of my way to help others is what led me to this predicament.
