I just feel so guilty and shit committing and leaving trauma to my family. Despite committing suicide in a hotel room I still feel like shit and guilty.

So do I, but the reality is that I can't live for someone else especially when I am in this much pain.
It is thoughtful of you, but you ultimately cannot be responsible for everyone else's emotions.
Living for others is not sustainable. Death is part of life, and could come to any person at any moment. If you are concerned about how they will feel about a suicide you could go with a method that looks like an accident and not leave a note.
