How do voluntary assisted dying organizations (like Dignitas & Pegasos) allow their patients to die?

I would prefer to die via nitrogen asphyxiation. However, after looking at Pegasos' website: it seems that they use lethal injections.

I think they use pentobarbital. The videos I've seen from Dignitas show people drinking it.

They also only take around 5% of applicants per either one. Intense process. Accessibility matters. Yes, I know that doesn't answer the title Q. It's likely the info is available per each of their respective websites.
