Help How do the mods know when to strikeout a username?

Newbie here and just curious about how mods get confirmation that a user has completed the process?

I think they just wait a standard amount of time after a goodbye thread. A lot of times people just do it themselves. There's not usually any real confirmation.

Yeah they wait for a time to pass after a goodbye thread, alternatively people can self ban which strikes the name as well.
