Method how do i succeed if my options are limited?

i have only a blister pack of zoloft 50mg. i have a few knives but i don't know if i can actually stab myself to death. i live in a small city so they're just a few tall buildings, but i can't jump from there anyways since they're far away from where i live and I can't go there. I don't even have a rope. any suggestions? i want to make it as quick and as painless as possible.

I really understand just wanting a way to be gone, it's so cruel to me how painless, guaranteed methods are made inaccessible as all I hope for is to peacefully cease existing with no more suffering, I wish you the best, I hope that you find the peace you search for.
