How do I SN?

Sorry if this has been answered, I just returned to the forum, when I was last here I planned to SN. I still have my SN and I have ibuprofen & domoeridone stashed with it.
I completely forgot how to do the method, what other ingredients do I need and what's the best guide for me to follow? Also is it ok for me to crush the tablets? Because I can't swallow tablets whole
