How do I report my death?

Hello.
I want to commit suicide in my apartment. But I don't want my corpse to lie for days or weeks and decompose. How should others know about my death? Can I write a letter (with a timer) to the police, ambulance? What other options are there? Thank you.

Scheduled e-mail to the nearest police station o relative/friend of yours.

I tried out a scheduled email to someone who I knew would raise the alarm. It worked and I cancelled the real thing after I was unsuccessful.

As a looser method, if you close friends or family, you could ask them to give you a call the day after your attempt. Someone who won't try once and give up. When you don't answer, suspicion should grow.

A fun way would be to hire a clown to tell the police the next day. Send the clown a delayed e-mail and have him make balloon animals for the cops to celebrate your life.
