Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I really want to work towards becoming a better person, and to be more genuine and honest. But I just. Don't know how to speak about my issues without feeling fake (I don't have anyone to talk to about them regardless but that's besides the point) I feel as if even venting in a notepad is hard to do, as it never feels as if what I'm saying is what I'm actually feeling.

Does anyone have any words of advice?

Maybe try with small things? Talk out loud and progress like - "I'm thirsty" a few times, "I'm sad" till it doesn't feel uncomfortable, "I'm xyz" till it feels OK. And when you feel right talking out loud alone - tell something small like "I'm just sad" to someone you trust. And go up and up and up and up. Like levels in game. I wish you all the best ❤️!

Talking out loud about your feelings is good - even if you're just talking to yourself (mirror can be the best mate sometimes). And when you feel the relief that comes with talking to someone, it's gonna be GOOD.

I'm a bit anxious about trying it, (the first-hand embarrassment will definitely be an experience) but I want to give it a try at least once.

Thanks so much for the advice, by the way. ✌️
