Help How do I mitigate potential noise with an SN suicide?

I am planning to take the stat dose of SN as per Stan's guide. I want to plan it in a way that my family won't hear any noises due to retching, seizures, etc.

Benzos, most prescription drugs, playing music, and going to a place outside of my house are not options either.

I'm afraid those are the only options. The only other thing I can think of is making sure your head is rested on something and not completely lying down so you don't choke on vomit when you're unconscious, or soundproofing your room.

I can't end my life for the same reasons. I live with my mum and she will never let me.
