Help How do I get the police to discover my body rather than my friend?

I plan to CTB some time over the next few months. My ideal method will be SN (if I'm able to source some in the UK - any advice on that would be much appreciated).

I currently live on my own in a one bedroom flat, but I live next door to a friend who I see multiple times every day. The last thing I want is for them to discover my body from me not replying to messages etc. I want it to be pretty quick knowledge that I have CTBd and for the police to be the ones to inform my friends and family, including the neighbour.

Can anyone think of a good way to inform the police to come and knock down my door and confirm my death? I wouldn't want to send or call before it happens to let the SN work properly but I only want it to be a few hours before I'm found. I'll leave the door unlocked.

I'd ideally like to be able to send a delayed timed email to the police or something but they obviously don't have an address.

Any suggestions welcome!

Are you sure they don't have an e-mail adress? They do here.
Ummm, the only thing I can think of is to call them after some minutes of drinking the SN but you might be saved on time.
Another option would be to send a scheduled e-mail to another person asking them to call the police.

Find the website for your local police force,there will be an email address on there even if it's just got general enquiries.

This was me Autumn 2020.

Not sure if it helps (as it won't involve the police directly) but my plan was to rent a hotel room for a long weekend (Travelodge, premier inn, etc). There's no turn-down service due to covid, so I wouldn't have to worry about housekeeping coming and disturbing me, so I'd be "safe from interruptions" until the checkout date (which is when I'd finally be discovered)

I couldn't find any SN (or a method to get it delivered without a police visit - as I don't live alone - so it complicated things) and that's why I'm still here.
