I think this is better suited to a sexual health forum. I don't think there's gonna be an expert on this on the website people use to ask for poisonous drugs. I hope you get your problem fixed though.

Users talk about all kinds of things here so why not ask this here...

But I guess a few details might help to get a good answer. I know that some SSRIs can cause this. Are you taking any? Have you talked to a urologist about it?

I used to take SSRIs way back but I'm not any now. Antipsychotics too. I talked to two urologists one of them he was treating another health condition I had that needed surgery. I asked him after the surgery,
he said its probably the medication that you were on causing the delayed ejaculation / anorgasmia. He didn't do any physical tests or scans of the pelvic floor area. I recently went to another urologist but he said he doesn't treat this condition.

So i have been trying off label meds like Dopamine Agonists like Amantadine , Bromocroptine Rasigiline, stuff meant for parkinson's but I'm using it to increase dopamine to hopefully increase sensation and sexual arousal. Also some herbal supplements like tribulus, maca , ginseng, horny goat weed, fenugreek, ashwaghanda, tyrosine, etc.

I still have to try doing nofap noporn to regain sensation in my penis. And I also need to do more cardio so everything flows better which would be beneficial in the bed.

I think not enough sleep is also messing with growth hormones and other hormones, my cortisol is in the higher range when I did hormones blood test. And I don't wake up with morning wood anymore, have never got wet dreams.
Its a work in progress trying to fix this ailment.

Weed ? Maybe

If tolerance is low just buy a bowl and sprinkle a little bit and take a small hit it.
Does smoking weed help ? Is there a legal way of obtaining it

Are you circumcised? I know everyone reacts differently to that procedure, but it seriously harmed my sexual everything. It's one of the unfixable reasons on my list of why ctb.

I'm circumcised but as an adult. When I had foreskin I still had this problem of delayed ejaculation
