I personally find enjoyment in my life for that exact reason, I'm suicidal so what the fuck does it matter that I get dangerously drunk or cut my body or hurt myself. I WANT to die, and that gives me a sort of strange freedom. This only really applies if you have the means to do anything though, which luckily I do. For those that don't, its just kind of hopeless.
That same freedom makes me not care about anything, like what's the point? I can't enjoy life the way I used to before I became suicidal, it's like an anchor...

Yeah I can see where you're coming from, I switch between thinking like that and thinking like how I said. Its always in the back of my mind like why the fuck am I even doing anything anyway?
