We might be buying our dream house. I'm so excited!! It's really old and there are a lot of concerns. We want to get it tested for asbestos, since it's a lot of money for a full home, not to mention a 3.5 story home, it'll take some time to gets it all gone. That's the main thing when we buy it. The foundation might be shifting which is worrisome but it's over 100 years old, this gonna happen at some point. I and so very excited.

That sounds awesome! Yeah, definitely get it properly surveyed- so that you don't get any nasty surprises. But, that's lovely.

Oh that's so exciting!! We have an old property, it has definitely been a bit of a money sink at times but I wouldn't change it for the world! I hope everything goes well for you <3
