• Hey Guest,

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Has anyone ever gotten close to being successful in hospital? Even on observations?

No way.
When I was in hospital for a month, I could barely stand up for 10 seconds before the nurses or doctors realized. It sucked lol.

No, but it would of been very easy. Hanging or cutting would of been simple. I tested out partial hanging on one of their supposedly suicide proof doors. There not. I also used to get blades on a regular basis without them noticing. Or caring come to that.

No, but it was easy to s/h there. I ended up without a hospital bracelet because I figured out how to cut with it. Also a toothpaste tube...

Not worth it. Used to work in mental health. If they catch you, they will likely assign someone to watch you 24/7.

I'd be much easier for one to get out of the hospital first. I was put into 24 hour watch at a hospital and there was no way I could have CTB under watch.

yeah like I'm on 1:1, I've tied ligatures under my covers at night but I never get close to successful because they find me or I don't have enough space or anything to tie it properly. How on earth did you get blades?! All I get is some shitty staples which I can easily use because my staff are shite, desperate for blades tho not sure how to get.
yes i became unconscious after ligature

was on 15min checks
done ligatures on 1:1. Never successful, researched so hard but under the covers doesn't give much space.

Already have that.

Under the insoles of my trainers when I first arrived. When I got some out time I used a VPN and used the hospital WiFi to order them from Amazon and get them delivered to the post office down the road. I would hide them under cuffs, collars, boxer short waistband, back of my watch, inside zip cover of my jeans, in my mouth, loads of places. I didn't actually have to hide them most of the he time as they very seldom searched anybody let alone use the metal detector.

That's fair. It's a shame I can't leave at all.

True. Hard to get things that will cause a lot of damage though. I've swallowed batteries before but I just shit them out I've never had any damage with them..? I've swallowed other things like needles, glass, pen etc but they just pass out.

Everything at my hospital ward was suicide proofed. Rounded knobs that don't end in a junction, plastic cutlery, 15 min around the clock orderly checks, furniture bolted to the floor, triple pane windows with reinforced wire in the middle, etc. The only thing I can find was that if you ran full speed at the brick wall at the end of the hall, you could break your neck and die. Heard about it during story time.

It's unreal how often you read about that exact thing happening. You'd think the hospitals knew or something......hmmm.
