Im not sure exactly what ti do anymore
I've been moved with my counselor to once a month
I also got a mental health professional at my door I'm getting an evaluation on the 6th (maybe)

I'm seeing shit more than ever and hearing but my counselor can't help me so he kinda gave up? Like he moved me to less cuz I don't have issues he can help with

Idk what to do should I hold out or just end it by drowning (forgot the word but the hyperventilating method) I'm scared they'll admit me tbh I won't tell them about the suicidal part just about the voices and shit cuz I want it to stop one way or another (I am medicated been on 7 diff meds in less than 2 year)

I honestly don't know what one I want anymore
