Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I like to hit my own head with my hands or against a hard surface like the wall or floor. Not super hard but enough to feel dizzy.. i also used to cut very briefly but only get urges now that i havent yet acted on but might do so soon.

When I was very young and had no concept of self harm or suicide I would hit my leg with a plastic hanger until I bruised. I don't know why I choose that specific thing to do (the reason was because I was deeply unhappy from bullying at school) but I do think any harm you inflict on yourself is self harm.
I still do this from time to time when I feel overwhelmingly stupid and just can't stand myself (though I hit my head now and I do use not a hanger. Just my fists or something hard if I can find it). And I know it's stupid but I always hope it gives me an aneurysm and I drop dead.
But I do hope your own self harm doesn't last as long as mine has.

Same. Punishment is the right word for how I feel in the moment. It's an ugly, out of control feeling. And it sucks when others can't understand the struggle I'm going through and think I'm just being dramatic.
I'm sorry you've been dealing with this for years as well.
Sorry for sounding snarky, but yes it counts
Any form of Harm self inflicted is self harm
Drug use can be self harm, cutting, hitting, even tattoos and piercings and sleeping around, consuming certain media that harms you, they can all count as self harm when done with a certain intent subconsciously or consciously

when someone says 'self harm', do razors and knives come to mind? because this seems to be what is considered 'true' self harm to some people, which obviously is NOT the case. I wish I didn't do this to myself but that's not going away anytime soon.

Yes, self harm is self harm. Self harm doesn't have to leave marks to be self harm, just as abuse doesn't have to leave marks to be abuse (and it often doesn't).

Yes and this is how I started, later moved onto that shitshow with cutting and tbf hitting yourself is better imo, I hit myself mostly when I am totally overwhelmed by anxiety or anger or anything honestly. I have very strong emotions and when they get too strong I have to calm them down physically, even euphoria sometimes gets me to sh. Personally I will always preffer and should have stuck with self hitting, it didn't leave many marks, maybe some bruises but that would get people to be like "he must be sick or he hit himself on something" meanwhile cutting hurts ofc even after you do it, makes many things uncomfortable such as sleeping or showering (I shower once in 2 days and self harm after the shower so that it gets time to crust until then) not only that there's family finding you, yesterday I got caught by mom because I was stupid and had a panic attack that was close to keeping me up at night which would have also lead to an episode. Shit almost went south really fast
