Help hiding marks from failed hanging?

i attempted partial recently, obviously i didn't succeed and now i have a bunch of red/purple-ish marks on my throat/neck that i'm not sure how to hide.
maybe i should just wear scarves until the marks fade? any other ideas and/or ideas on how to make them go away faster?

You could disguise them by asking a loved one to give you lots of hickeys! Okay, I know that is of little help. Sorry. On a serious side, there are always scarves and turtle necks from the arsinal of deception from our youth. Thankfully it's winter.
