It's a high risk for brain damage if found at the wrong time and treated with nalaxone which is carried by all paramedics and supplied to addicts in order to use if a friend od's. Its not impossible to administor it to yourself if you feel yourself going over too. It pulls you right out. You would need to know you have enough decent quality H to do the job and be certain you won't be found. Fentanyl would be more reliable but harder to get these days. There are sellers on dnm's selling 'synthetic china white' which I think may be a loophole around the rules on market. I'm not certain though. Wouldn't trust street H either way. Its all gack these days.

Just megadose benzo's like clonazolam or xanax along with heroin and alcohol...good chance you die
Opiates, benzo's with alcohol combined are lethal in high dosages no question about it
If you want to OD on heroin only you pobably pass out you will nod like a MF and will have no clue what you're doing. you could OD by bombing but it will cause massive nausea.

Fenatyl OD is horrible don't recommend it to anyone
