Would 15 grams of good quality Heroin dissolved in water be deadly? It would be right? Especially for an opiod naive person. Isn't that very similar to 15g of N? Almost like it's the same outcome, with the same peacfulness.

With both you go to sleep quick and have no pain. And everyone can buy some good heroin on the dark web still. Just take some benzos and alcohol with it and it's a safe bet, assuming you have good quality heroin.

ב''ה, not really going to have opinions on if this would work, if oral perhaps as opiate users know prune juice rather than water might let more of it transit further down the GI tract before the temporary opiate-induced paralysis of all that occurs, if it dissolves.

Anyway, that sort of thing might often be fatal enough anyway, but since everyone fantasizes, I'll be over here pointing out that possibly moreso in the opiate naive an overdose is going to be itchy, and if oral possibly going to involve some possibly less than voluntary nausea and emesis. How much this bothers someone who's going to be "high as fuck" if at all conscious may vary.

Sedatives or antiemetics may be desirable if anyone's going to actually try this, simply doxylamine Unisom is an antihistamine against the itchy effect of opiates, and keeping the fluid volume sensible and not chugging a gallon of whatever's going to stall digestion when it hits it would be more comfortable and less prone to the body's 'nothing's moving down so it's going to come back up' reflex as might occur when consciousness is waning or sufficiently impaired.

Pentabaporaitol and heroin are from two completely different drug classes. You cannot assume that the amount of one will be analogous to the amount of another, even if the way you appear to die is completely the same.
