Xanax
Methylene blue


I will fast for 8 hrs.
Take my Metoclopramide 45mins
Take my Tagamet 35mins

I will prepare 25gm of SN x 3 (2 incase i throw up)

Lie straight in bed. No matter how bad it gets i wounldnt call for ambulce.

Why do you have methylene blue ?
. Why do you start with 500 grams of sn? I've never seen a plan like this. Is this a new way of prepping for sn? Or am I stupid. Why don't you take any paracetamol or Ibux before the 25gram glass?

Never seen someone include methylene blue. Seems really risky as an escape possibility for your plan. Might ramp your SI right up. But if it is comforting, then okay .

Also what dot says, how would you know how much to take?

Its salt. Just mix it with water. Drinks lots of it.methylene blue is not to deter myself from ctb. Its a back up plan . Im extremely determined.
